LOGLINE
"Alfie and Alma are long term rivals. Two ends of a spectrum.
Gray and rainbow; silence and song."
SYNOPSIS
Almas world doesn't have color. Literally. She goes through life in black and white. Alfie's world might as well be drawn with Crayola's Ultimate Crayon Collection but he lives in a constant state of noise, noise, noise. Lately they have noticed that whenever they are together life turns quiet and kaleidoscopic.
PURPOSE
Alma and Alfie's fictional (dis)abilities are metaphorical for an aspect of ADHD and ADD: The of experience living life in a constant quarrel between under- and overstimulation.
The primary goal is to visually and audibly convey those two states of being. In regards to that will film the be partly black and white and utilize enhanced sound design.
The film will go in production in spring 2022 and be screened at the Cambria Film Festival in early 2023.
